STATESBORO POLICE DEPARTMENT
  Arrests
    Rochelle Kimberly Ham, 21, Courageous Court, Lawrenceville — theft by deception.
    Ronald Thomas Wells, 22, Johnson Street — suspended license.
    Marcus Jermaine Austin, 33, Lanier Drive — window tint violation, driving without a valid license.
    Kenneth Thomas, 45, Stacey Avenue, Newington — failure to appear in court.
    Richard Joshua Rogers, 27, Lanier Drive — wanted person.

  Incidents
    NASSAU DRIVE — A man and woman argued. The man said the woman struck him; she said he used obscenities against her and she tried to make him leave.
    BELK — A woman was arrested on theft by deception charges after evidence showed she obtained more than $1,300 worth of merchandise over a period of time by fraudulent means.
    NORTH COLLEGE STREET — A man reported damages to a home (windows shattered) and damages to a vehicle (windshield shattered, body damage done by a rock, key stolen).
    ROUNDTREE STREET — A man reported the theft of a Weed Eater, leaf blower, hedge trimmer, edger and battery charger off of a trailer.
    DENMARK STREET — A man reported a vehicle damaged and a wallet stolen from the vehicle.
    GEORGIA VILLAS — A man and woman argued over her smoking cigarettes while she is pregnant. She said the man threw a beer can and cellphone against the wall during the argument.
