Statesboro Police Department
    STATESBORO HIGH SCHOOL — A juvenile male student was arrested on charges of disrupting a public school.
    WAL-MART SUPERCENTER — A woman was charged with shoplifting a $2 bath sponge, $7 roll brush, a $17 walkie talkie set and $20 camera bag.
    CEDARWOOD GNETS ALTERNATIVE SCHOOL — A male student was arrested after making terroristic threats to staff and students, cursing and disrupting class.

Bulloch County Sheriff’s Department
    BURKHALTER MOBILE HOME PARK — A woman called deputies when her juvenile daughter yelled and threatened to punch her in the face because she didn’t want to go to school. The juvenile told deputies she was not a morning person and her mother was yelling at her to get up. When the deputy told her she had a choice between going to school or going to jail, she chose school.
    COWBOY WAY — A woman told deputies a man threw a plate of food at her and hit her with is elbow. The man left before deputies arrived at the scene, but met deputies at the sheriff’s office to say the woman had placed him in a headlock several times, struck his head on a cabinet and tore his shirt. Both were given advice on seeking warrants.
    LAKEVIEW ROAD — A woman found a woman on the property taking photos of her dog. The suspicious female said the dog walked with her often. The same woman was seen pulling into the complainant’s driveway, but backed out when she saw the complainant on the porch. The complainant felt the woman may be trying to steal her dog.
    OLD LEEFIELD ROAD — A deputy saw a four-year-old child riding his bike near dark, in the middle of the road. Another child, 12, arrived on a dirt bike looking for the younger one, who had shoes on the wrong feet. The children’s father was located and said the children were not supposed to be out of the yard and said this had never happened before, but deputies reminded them they had been at the home several times regarding the four-year-old being missing. The father became angry and asked what deputies suggested he do with a child that likes to run, and deputies told him to watch his children better. Deputies also told the man social workers would be notified of the incident.
