Police report - 5-10-15; Euthanized at animal shelter four dogs and six cats

    Statesboro Police, Bulloch County Sheriff, Georgia Southern University, and Georgia State Patrol arrests made Friday through Sunday will be reported Tuesday.

Metter Police Department
    MLK BOULEVARD — Police responded to a criminal trespass incident April 27.
    EAST HIAWATH STREET — Someone reported a theft by taking incident April 30.
    WEST TURNER STREET — May 1, officers investigated a reported simple battery incident.
    NORTH TERRELL STREET — Police investigated a theft by taking report May 1.
    MICHAEL STREET — May 2, officers responded to a report of theft by taking.
    CEDAR STREET — Someone reported a public indecency incident May 3.

Bulloch County Animal Shelter
    The shelter reported the following activity during the week of April 29 to May 3:
    Surrendered by citizens  — nine dogs and 14 cats from rural county; one dog and one cat from City of Statesboro.
    Collected by officers — 11 dogs and one cat from rural county areas; one dog and three cats from City of Statesboro.
    Adopted from shelter — six dogs and two cats.
    Reclaimed by owners — five dogs.
    Died at shelter — no animals.
    Euthanized — four dogs and six cats
    Fees collected — $610
