Police report, 4/2/19
A woman said a man, heavily intoxicated, passed out beside his truck after beating on her window all night. When he awoke, he was angry and beat on the window some more, breaking it, she said.

▲ HIGHWAY 67 — A woman said a man, heavily intoxicated, passed out beside his truck after beating on her window all night. When he awoke, he was angry and beat on the window some more, breaking it, she said.

▲ THE BARN MOBILE HOME PARK — A man told deputies he heard a woman scream that she had been stabbed, but no victim was located.

▲ COURTNEY WAY — Deputies investigated a domestic dispute reported by an anonymous person.

▲ RAINDROP DRIVE — A man said someone turned a boat upside down, moved a table and threw a grill off his porch.

▲ OLD RIVER ROAD NORTH — A man and woman were separated after a domestic dispute.

▲ FERNWOOD DRIVE — A man was arrested on aggravated assault charges after a woman said he choked her during a domestic squabble.

▲ DRY BRANCH VILLAGE — A man reportedly threatened family members with a knife during a fight over bills. He was charged with aggravated assault.

▲ LANIER DRIVE — Police arrested a man for public intoxication after he was being loud and refused to cooperate.

▲ SOUTH MAIN STREET — Police issued warrants for a person involved in a physical struggle.

▲ FAIR ROAD — A man found his lost wallet, but $360 cash was missing.

▲ WAL-MART SUPERCENTER — A person was cited after shoplifting $312 worth of groceries.

▲ PRINCE WAY — A simple battery victim was given information on seeking warrants.


➤ Georgia State Patrol Post 45

▲ Last week, troopers responded to 18 crashes with six reported injuries and one fatality. 

▲ Troopers also issued 14 citations and seven warnings for seatbelt violations, one citation for a child restraint violation, and 30 citations and 64 warnings for speeding.

▲ Officers issued four traffic citations and one traffic warning and assisted 10 motorists.
