    Martha Zamora Cueva, 54, Orchard Road, Ellabell — theft by shoplifting.

    STATESBORO HIGH SCHOOL — A student reported Tuesday someone stole a gold Citizen watch worth $200 from his gym locker. Another person reported the theft of a gold chain and triangular medallion, valued at $750, that he left outside the field house.
    GARDEN DISTRICT APARTMENTS — Wednesday, a woman told police someone sent her a check regarding a job, and she discovered the check was fraudulent. The case is under investigation.
    WAL-MART SUPERCENTER — A woman was arrested after shoplifting a $9 shirt.
    DOLLAR GENERAL/NORTHSIDE DRIVE WEST — Someone stole a home haircutting kit, but escaped before arrest was possible.
