Police Report 4-24-11 - A woman reported her mail being tampered with by an unknown person

Statesboro Police, Georgia Southern University Police, and Georgia State Patrol arrests Friday through Sunday will be published Tuesday.

 

Bulloch County Sheriff's Arrests

Randi Erin Carnes, 18, West Lee Street, Brooklet – harassing phone calls, terroristic threats via computer or computer network, stalking, probation violation.

Arrests made Friday through Sunday will be reported Tuesday.

Bulloch County Sheriff's Incidents

U.S. 80 EAST – (Statesboro) A jewelry armoire, costume jewelry, and a gold locket were stolen.

TALL TIMBERS LANE – (Brooklet) A woman reported her mail being tampered with by an unknown person.

NOB CREEK DRIVE – (Ellabell) A man went to the hospital after a fight.

 

Brooklet Police Incidents

Brooklet Police Officers issued the following citations Thursday-Wednesday:
 Seatbelt- one
Tail light requirement- one
Speeding- three
Total citations – five.

 

Statesboro-Bulloch County Animal Shelter Reports

The shelter reported the following activity during the week of April 11-17.

Dogs surrendered by Statesboro residents – three.

Cats surrendered by rural county residents – one.

Dogs surrendered by rural county residents – three.

Humane Enforcement seizures – 19 dogs and a cat from rural county areas; two dogs from Statesboro.

Adoted from shelter – seven dogs and two cats.

Reclaimed by owners – six dogs.

Euthanized  eight dogs and six cats.

Citations issued – six.

Warnings issued – 13.

Mney collected - $590.
