Police report - 4-17-15; A man called deputies to remove his girlfriend from his home.

    Gregory Lane Borgula, 48, Hughes Drive, Cumming — battery.

    PATE PLACE — Wednesday, police met with an intoxicated man outside of Wal-Mart Supercenter. They learned he had been involved in a physical altercation with his former girlfriend at Eagle Inn and Pate Place and arrested him on battery charges.
    MADISON MEADOWS APARTMENTS — Wednesday, police were called to remove an unwanted person. The woman said she would leave but that the occupants of the apartment owed her $30. The complainants denied they owed anything. Officers determined a physical altercation had occurred, but no one wished to press charges.
    GATE STATION/SOUTH MAIN STREET — A woman told police another woman threatened her with harm Wednesday.
    WEST MAIN STREET — Officers questioned suspects accused of illegally using electricity from another residence.  They admitted doing so, but no arrests were made at the time.
    ASPEN HEIGHTS APARTMENTS — A man told police Wednesday he responded to a Craigslist ad for a job and received a check for over $3,000 without having done any work. He learned the check was fraudulent when he took it to the bank.
    THE LODGE APARTMENTS — Officers met Monday with a woman at the hospital who said her boyfriend struck her several times.
    WAL-MART SUPERCENTER — Wednesday, a loss prevention employee reported a known male suspect made false returns of stolen items twice and received gift cards for the exchanges.
    BEA DOT WAY — A woman said Wednesday she and her ex-husband, from whom she rents a room, argued. She went into her room and shut the door, but he struck and damaged the door after threatening her with bodily harm.

    Harrison Darnell Collins, 28, Hwy. 46, Pembroke — obstruction, possession of a drug-related object, tag/registration violation, brake lights/turn signal violation, mirror violation.
    William Hardwick Kilgore, 38, Hwy. 292, Lyons — suspended license.
    Martrell Travis Gaillard, 25, Mountain View Summit, Stone Mountain — marijuana purchase, sale, manufacture or distribution.

    AYCOCK ROAD – Wednesday, deputies met with complainants who said they had video surveillance of a man trespassing and stealing items. The case is being reviewed by investigators and warrants are to be issued.
    ROCKER ROAD — A man called deputies Wednesday to remove his girlfriend from his home. He told deputies the woman had never spent the night there, she was a bad influence on his juvenile son and he didn’t think they needed to be together any longer.

    Officers issued three traffic violation citations Wednesday.

    Officers issued one traffic warning and assisted six motorists Wednesday.
