Statesboro Police Arrests

Homer Maurice Jones, 45, Joyce Street – wanted person.

Jordan Alexander Reed, 9, Derbyshire Court, Conyers – public intoxication.

Herberto Sebastian Alva, 21, Zetterower Road – driving without a valid license, tag light violation.

Jeffery Bernard Addison, 43, Bird Lane – driving with a suspended license, tag light violation.

 

Bulloch Sheriff's Arrests

Arrests Friday will be posted Sunday.

 

Georgia State Patrol Arrests

DUI arrests – none.

Seatbelt citations – two.

Child restraint citations  - one.

Speeding citations – one.

Total citations – 10.

Georgia Southern University Arrests

Officers issued three traffic citations Thursday. 
Christopher Lewis Zoll, 18, Southern Pines – underage possession of alcohol.  

Statesboro Police Incidents

GSU MAIL CENTER – Officers assisted with a burglary in progress where a suspect was arrested.

STADIUM PLACE APARTMENTS – A man and woman argued over financial affairs.

CAMPUS CROSSINGS – A woman received threatening and unwanted texts from her sister-in-law.

EAGLES LANDINGS – A woman found 15 deep scratches on her car.

GARDEN DISTRICT – Two hand guns were stolen from a car.

UNIVERSITY PINES APARTMENTS – A GPS unit was stolen from a car.

FOREST WAY – A man said someone took his $300 sofa outside, burned it, then put it back in his apartment. When he confronted his roommate about it, they ended up fighting, and he suffered a bloody nose.

 Officers assisted six motorists, issued two traffic warnings and conducted a welfare check Thursday.
 
HENDERSON LIBRARY – Someone reported the theft of a book bag.

Bulloch County Sheriff's Department- 16 calls.

Statesboro Police Department- 17 calls.

University Police Department – one call.

Georgia State Patrol – four calls.

Candler County Sheriff's Department – four calls.

Claxton Police Department – two calls.

Central 911 dispatchers issued the following calls Thursday:

Bulloch County EMS – one accident call and 13 medical calls.

Candler County EMS – one fire call and three medical calls.

Evans County EMS –nine medical calls.

Central 911 dispatchers also routed the following calls Thursday: five calls to Bulloch County First Responders and one call each to the Bulloch County coroner, Emanuel County 911, Bryan County 911 and Tattnall County 91.
