Leslie Ernest Smith, 51, Deer Run Lane – failure to maintain lane, driving with a suspended license.

Linda Joyce Campbell, 55, Lakeside Drive, Twin City – endangering security interest, disorderly conduct, obstruction.

Ricola Cardo Hagins, 33, Larry Smith Mobile Home Park, Portal – sale of cocaine.

Barry Vernell Padgett, 50, Old Louisville Road, Guyton – DUI, reckless driving, failure to maintain lane.

 

Georgia State Patrol Arrests

DUI arrests –  Timothy Reynolds II, 24, Ga. 46, Ellabell – DUI (refused test).

Seatbelt citations – one.

Child restraint citations  - none.

Speeding citations – none.

Total citations – three.

Georgia Southern University Arrests

Sydney Liston Akins-Anderson, 21, University Villas - burglary and wearing a mask to conceal identity.

Bulloch County Sheriff's Incidents

NEWTON’S MOBILE HOME PARK – (Clito) A woman said her boyfriend snatched her cell phone and knocked a plate of food from her hands. Deputies located him and arrested him on outstanding charges of selling cocaine.

PONDEROSA ROAD – (Portal) A woman said her daughter came home intoxicated, and threw her to the ground by grabbing her arm during an argument.

GA. 119 CONNECTOR – (Stilson) A man was arrested after other drivers reported his weaving all over the road. He ran others off the road, then ran off the road himself and was stuck. When he got out of the mud, he drove back the way he came and deputies apprehended him. He was charged with DUI and other offenses.

Georgia Southern University Incidents

Officers assisted two motorists and issued two warnings Wednesday.

 UNDISCLOSED LOCATION - A student was transported to the hospital after she reported to her roommate that she had taken some pills.
 GSU BUSES - GSU transit employee turned in four cell phones that were left on transit buses.

Central 911 dispatchers issued the following calls Wednesday:

Bulloch County Sheriff's Department- 19 calls.

Statesboro Police Department- 21 calls.

University Police Department – no calls.

Georgia State Patrol – seven calls.

Candler County Sheriff's Department – 13 calls.

Evans County Sheriff's Department –one call.

Claxton Police Department – four calls.
