    Randolph Joseph Nichols, 19, Windrose Lane, Marietta, Ga. — possession of a drug-related object, marijuana possession.
    Janet Sheffield Putnam, 68, Beasley Homes, Glennville — theft by shoplifting.
    Samuel Cubero, 53, Fox Trace, Augusta — DUI (third offense), suspended license.
    Donald Jerry Weaver, 21, Campus Evolution Villages Apartments — public intoxication.

Incidents
    STATESBORO HIGH SCHOOL — A 19-year-old male was arrested around 1 p.m. Friday on charges of battery and disruption of a public school.
    111 SOUTH APARTMENTS — A man said that between October 2013 and around midnight Friday, a man he knows used his identity to open three cellphone accounts with three different providers.
    MARTIN LUTHER KING BOULEVARD/CHERRY STREET — A man was found around 8:30 a.m. Saturday. He told police he did not feel well and did not know where he was. EMS treated him at the scene, and he was released to his wife.
    OCTANE FOOD MART — (Northside Drive East) A man told police around 8:30 a.m. Friday that a $300 roll of lottery tickets was stolen. The theft occurred while the employee was in the store restroom.
    CAMPUS EVOLUTION VILLAGES APARTMENTS — A woman told police that a man followed her sometime between 8 p.m. Friday and 8 p.m. Sunday, and had “inappropriate contact” with her. Police listed the incident as sexual battery.
    KMART — A woman was arrested around 7 p.m. Friday after shoplifting a Hot Wheels gift pack, a Matchbox gift pack, women’s panties, and a T-shirt.
    EASON STREET — A woman told police around 11 a.m. Saturday that she argued with her children’s father because he was with her cousin. She said the man pushed her off a porch.
