Statesboro Police Department

WAL-MART SUPERCENTER - A man was charged with shoplifting $35 worth of gaming items and $20 worth of other merchandise.
EAST MAIN STREET - A woman said her former husband has been watching her without permission.
SOUTH COLLEGE STREET - A woman suffered visible injuries after a man pushed her to the ground and kicked her several times in the head.
MIDTOWN BAR - After a fight, several were cited, and one woman was charged with simple battery against a law enforcement officer.
CANCUN COURT - A man who jumped out of a cab and ran off without paying was caught and arrested.
BRUCE DRIVE - Police responded to a call from a woman who did not recall the previous night or how she arrived at her location.
CHANDLER ROAD - Reports did not list the name of the bar where an intoxicated patron, party to a fight, was arrested after he continued to be belligerent and cursed.
SOUTH CITY TAVERN - A man was arrested after standing outside the business, yelling and cursing after a fight.
WAL-MART NEIGHBORHOOD MARKET - Someone shoplifted $21 worth of food and other items.
HUMMINGBIRD CIRCLE - A woman said her ex-husband struck her at her home.
PINE STREET - A woman was arrested after a fight. She had to be restrained by the crowd, reports stated.
ELM STREET - A woman said a man knocked on her door to discuss their daughters fighting, slapped her in the face and left.
EAGLE INN - A woman went to the hospital for treatment of injuries sustained when an unknown person struck her several times.

Bulloch County Sheriff's Office
BURKHALTER ROAD - A juvenile who refused to obey his caretaker and who resisted arrest by deputies was charges with ungovernable child and obstruction. He was taken to jail and later released to another adult, as his mother was out of state.
BIRD ROAD - Deputies responded to a burglary in which several unlisted items were stolen, yet others, such as medicines and electronics, were undisturbed.
BROOKLET-DENMARK ROAD - Someone dumped roofing debris into a person's private pond.
DRY BRANCH VILLAGE - A woman said she received a friend request on Facebook from a man she doesn't know, whose profile has a background photo of his genitals.
PARKWOOD RV PARK - A woman living in an apartment was screaming loudly, so the owner called deputies. They heard her screaming and used a key to enter her residence after she did not answer the door. She got up from the floor and stopped screaming, then told deputies she had broken a nail and "felt the spirit to pray." The owner said she had stopped taking medications and had begun lashing out. She refused medical treatment.
MORGAN ROAD - A woman said someone broke into her storage unit and stole several items.

Georgia Southern University Police
Officers issued seven traffic citations and four traffic warnings and assisted seven motorists.
