Police report -3-24-18; Two men argued because one used the others water faucet.

Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office
    William Tylor Waters, 33, Evergreen Drive — felony probation violation.
    Kenyada Montrez Holsey, 40, Gallery Way, Pooler — failure to signal turn or lane change, DUI/less safe.

Georgia State Patrol Post 45
    Kerry Culp, 564, Grimshaw Road — DUI/less safe, improper stopping in the roadway, headlights violation.

Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office
    HIGHWAY 80 WEST — Someone reported an entering auto incident.
    HIGHWAY 46 — A man told deputies he argued with his neighbor about the neighbor’s cat killing wild rabbits on his property that his wife “sets out treats for.” He said the neighbor threatened him.
    HIGHWAY 119 — A man, upset that his wife cheated on him, said he cut himself on the wrist every time she lied to him and then went for walk. He said he sat down and prayed at a church and carved his wife’s name into his leg. Someone called EMS, but they waited until deputies arrived due to the man’s agitated behavior. He was treated at the scene and transported to a hospital for further evaluation.

Statesboro Police Department
    MILL CREEK ELEMENTARY SCHOOL — Administrators called police to deal with an unruly juvenile. The child was sent home with parents.
    RUBY TUESDAY/STATESBORO MALL AREA — A man reported to have been entering cars was arrested.
    NORTHSIDE DRIVE/MAIN STREET — Someone struck a fire hydrant and left the scene. Police observed a large amount of water flooding the area and city workers at the scene.
    WAL-MART SUPERCENTER — A person was cited and released after trying to steal $123 worth of groceries by not ringing them up at a self-checkout station.
    THOMAS STREET — Two men argued because one used the other’s water faucet.
    MERRYWOOD DRIVE — A woman said she was pushed in the face during an argument.

Georgia Southern University Police
    Officers issued one traffic citation and one traffic warning and assisted five motorists.
    SANFORD HALL — Police investigated reported suspicious activities.
    HOLLIS BUILDING — Someone reported a theft.
    HENDERSON LIBRARY — Someone was arrested for theft by receiving stolen property.
    SOUTHERN COURTYARD — Officers investigated a reported criminal trespass and affray (fight). No one was arrested.
