INCIDENTS
Bulloch County Sheriff's Office

REEDY BRANCH ROAD - A man burned debris and went to sleep after checking the fire. During the night, the fire burned a shed, destroying the contents.
THOMKIN DRIVE - Deputies spoke with a man being treated at the hospital who said he and a man argued over dishes, and the other man stuck him in the jaw with his fist.
MUD ROAD - A man said he was arguing with another man, who was fixing his car, over the price of an item, and the other man pushed him, causing him to strike his head and lose consciousness. The other man told deputies that he found the complainant unconscious and called for his wife to help. He said the complainant, whom he had worked for and known a long time, was acting out of character in an aggressive manner before the fall.
PULASKI ROAD - A man called the Department of Family and Children's Services, angry, and threatened to come into the office with an assault rifle.
HIGHWAY 301 NORTH - A woman reported that her juvenile son was attacked by three other juveniles on the school bus.
BRENDA ROAD - A man reported the theft of a shotgun and listed his stepson as a suspect. Deputies answered this call during a search already in place for the suspect, who has a criminal history.
BIG BAY BOULEVARD - A juvenile told school officials that a man made inappropriate remarks to her on Instagram.
PONDEROSA COURT - A man said he gave another man $1,500 to begin a construction project, but the man never showed up to start the work.
OLD SCHOOL HOUSE ROAD - A woman said a man would not stop calling and texting her after she gave him a ride to work once.
CLIPONREKA ROAD - A man said someone in a silver Ford pickup with a black brush guard ran him off the road, made him fall and ran over his bicycle before leaving the scene.
SKYE DRIVE - A man was treated at the hospital after being struck in the head with a board. A woman also involved in an altercation at the location suffered a black eye and injury above her eye. The man said an unknown male assailant hit him for no known reason; reports did not explain how the female was involved.
PECAN GROVE CIRCLE - A man said a woman struck him in the face with a beer can and a man who was holding a knife shoved him. The woman said the complainant was the one with a knife and that he slapped the other man during the argument.
BUCK CREEK ROAD - A woman reported the theft of an antique syrup kettle.
DOE RUN LANE - A woman reported the theft of a tool box filled with tools.

Statesboro Police Department
WAL-MART SUPERCENTER - A man shoplifted a $68 car radio and was arrested.
    In a separate incident, a man and woman tried to shoplift $145 worth of clothing and were apprehended.
BRAMPTON AVENUE - A woman said another female jumped on her and beat her at a party, kicking her and hitting her in the face.
    In a separate incident, a man and woman each were charged with simple battery for involvement in a fight.
SOUTH MULBERRY STREET - A man and woman were arrested after a fight.
EAST GEORGIA REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER - A deputy responding to a call about a disorderly person found the man to have in his possession methamphetamine. He was arrested.
GEORGIA AVENUE - A man caught another male in his house and chased him but did not catch him, he told police.

Georgia Southern University Police
Officers issued one traffic citation and eight traffic warnings and assisted two motorists.

Georgia State Patrol Post 45
Last week, troopers investigated 19 crashes with five reported injuries. Troopers also issued seven DUI arrests, four citations and three warnings for seat belt violations, and 16 citations and 35 warnings for speeding.
