Arrests
    Benjamin Williams, 30, Sydney Harbor Court, Killeen, Texas — suspended license, window tint violation.
    Dymond Alante McBean, 19, Bermuda Run Apartments — theft by shoplifting.
    Angela Denice Hunter, 23, Georgia Highway 24 — theft by shoplifting.
    Kanedra Nytia N. Lucas, 29, Halcyondale Road, Newington — suspended license.

Incidents
    WALMART — A man and woman shoplifted ice cream, doughnuts, cheesecake, deodorant and lotion. She was caught and arrested; he fled. Warrants were taken for his arrest as well.
    ROSCOE LAIRCEY COMPANY — (West Parrish Street) Someone stole two metal road plates.

    PALOMINO PATH — (Statesboro) A woman said she and a man received a harassing call from his ex-wife over custody issues, and she feels her own ex is giving her boyfriend’s ex-wife information about their activities.
    COURTNEY WAY — (Statesboro) A woman was charged with battery after involvement in a domestic dispute.
    GEORGIA HIGHWAY 24 — (Statesboro) Two brothers argued while driving and one took off walking. The one who stayed behind demanded deputies find the other and test him for inebriation (alcohol) and became angry when the deputy told him too much time had passed since the argument to prove inebriation. The brother who left the scene went home and damaged a door, according to his grandmother, who said he would be leaving later after he retrieved his belongings. 
    GEORGIA HIGHWAY 67 — (Statesboro) A man reported that his house had been burglarized and ransacked.
    RAY HOWELL LANE — (Statesboro) A woman said a man fired shots from a neighboring residence and she later found bullet holes in her car.
    COURTNEY WAY — (Statesboro) A woman said someone stole a red blanket and camera from her home while she was in jail.
    OLD THORN POND ROAD — (Stilson) A red 2009 4-wheeler was reported stolen.
    PLANTER’S ROW — (Statesboro) Deputies responded to a reported fight between women, who suffered minor injuries.

Arrests
    Officers issued four traffic citations Wednesday.
    Christopher W. Chester, 19, Georgia Avenue — misdemeanor possession of marijuana and possession of drug-related objects.
 
Incidents
    Officers issued four traffic warnings and assisted two motorists Tuesday.
    OLYMPIC BOULEVARD — Someone stole composites of annual photos, valued at $2,500 each, from the Sigma Nu House. The suspects listed were from another fraternity.
    FREEDOM’S LANDING — A man kicked in an apartment door and punched a hole in the wall, angry and looking for his ex-girlfriend.
    SOUTHERN COURTYARD — A woman asked for EMS for treatment of reaction to being sprayed with mace. The incident took place at the Platinum Lounge in Statesboro.
    BIOLOGY BUILDING — Officers responded to a fire in the elevator service room.  The Statesboro Fire Department and maintenance responded.
