    Edwin Rulette Stewart, 32, Lanier Drive — probation violation.
    Reginald Ray’Jon Mitchell, 23, Sly Street, Vidalia — wanted person.
    Clifford O’Dean Sapp, 34, Overland Street — suspended license, defective equipment.
    Charles Anthony Brinson, 34, Mikell Street — DUI.
    Gene Kirkland Jr., 52, Pineland Point — theft by shoplifting.
    Shai-vona A. Gadson, 22, Peachtree Street — wanted person.
    Keljay Lorenzo Webb, 23, Statesboro Place Circle — marijuana possession.
    Michael Anthony Sailors, 17, King’s Way, St. Mary’s — underage possession of alcohol, possession of false identification, public intoxication.
    Austin Joseph Spires, 22, Stambuk Lane — marijuana possession, possession of drug paraphernalia.
    Brandon Wayne Watson, 22, Stambuk Lane — marijuana possession, possession of drug paraphernalia.
    Donald Jerome Burt III, 20, Statesboro Place Circle — open container, marijuana possession, DUI (refused test).

  Incidents
    SOUTH MAIN STREET — A man left an 18-wheeler parked near the old Taco Bell restaurant and returned to find someone had stolen four batteries.
    PLATINUM LOUNGE — Police were called in reference to complaints about a man with firearms. Officers located the suspects at the Gate station on South Main Street and arrested one man for open container, marijuana possession and DUI.
    WEST GENTILLY ROAD — A man reported the theft of a .40-caliber pistol, a PlayStation 3, a bag of scuba gear and Sperry shoes.
    WALMART — A man tried to steal a 42-inch TV. He tried using a layaway receipt from a previous transaction but store detectives saw through the ruse.
    In a separate incident, a witness reported seeing a fight involving three people. A child’s stroller was thrown against the car as the people left. Police located the offenders and an investigation followed.
    THE AVENUE AT SOUTHERN — An Xbox 360 and Jordan Retro IV shoes were stolen.
    GENTILLY ROAD — A woman said a man grabbed her by the throat and threw household garbage all over the kitchen.
    STRATFORD STREET — A man and his sister argued over finances and living arrangements and shoved each other.
    EAGLE COURT APARTMENTS — A woman said a man struck her in the face.
    EAGLE HEALTH AND REHABILITATION — A resident’s father became irate and caused a disturbance.
    WALGREENS — A woman reported a camera stolen from her car while she shopped.
    DUNLAP STREET — A woman said the wife of her baby’s father, with whom she had argued earlier, called and threatened her with bodily harm. The offender also threatened to have caseworkers take her children away.
    NORTH COLLEGE STREET — A man said his estranged wife took out a protective order mandating he stay away from  her, but she keeps driving up and down the street past his home.
    FOX RIDGE APARTMENTS — A woman said someone used her Social Security number to file taxes.
    RAMBLE ROAD — A man became angry over a light bill in his name for his ex-mother-in-law’s residence, and an argument ensued between him and his ex-wife.
    GARDEN DISTRICT APARTMENTS — A dispute between tenants developed when the downstairs tenant began beating on his ceiling with a broom because of noise the upstairs tenants made while walking. The downstairs tenant also reportedly threw wet balls of toilet paper at the upstairs tenants’ windows.
    ST. JAMES PLACE — Officers responded to a domestic dispute between a man and woman.
    SANDY WAY — A man said he has power of attorney over three juveniles but an unknown person has claimed them on taxes.

GEORGIA STATE PATROL POST 45
  Arrests (Friday through Monday)
    Troopers issued three child restraint citations, nine seat belt citations and 27 speeding citations.

  Incidents (Friday through Sunday)
    Troopers investigated 14 crashes with eight reported injuries, stopped 75 vehicles, issued 48 total citations, gave three seat belt warnings, issued 22 speeding warnings, issued 62 total warnings, assisted five motorists and patrolled 1,932 miles.

GEORGIA SOUTHERN UNIVERSITY POLICE
  Arrests
    Officers issued 13 traffic citations Friday through Sunday.
    Brian Leonard Griffith, 19, Lanier Drive — possession of alcohol under 21 years of age, disorderly conduct. 
    Keith Scott Crawford, 19, Georgia Avenue - possession of alcohol under 21 years of age.  

  Incidents
    Officers issued 23 traffic warnings and assisted four motorists.
    CHANDLER ROAD/PLANT DRIVE — Officers discovered an intoxicated person at Chandler Road and Plant Drive.   
    LANIER DRIVE/ROBIN HOOD TRAIL — Officers conducted a traffic stop on Lanier Drive at Robin Hood Trail and arrested a 15-year-old, charged with failure to maintain lane, false ID, no driver’s license, DUI and giving false information to an officer.

    Bulloch County EMS —four fire calls, four accident calls and 18 medical calls Friday; two accident calls and 11 medical calls Saturday; and 20  medical calls Sunday.
    Candler County EMS — six medical calls Friday and one medical call Sunday.
    Evans County EMS — three medical calls Friday and one medical call Sunday.

    Central 911 dispatchers also routed the following calls Friday — one call to Bulloch First Responders, three calls to Air Evac and one miscellaneous call.
