    Jeffrey Michael Shirling, 20, Statesboro Circle — underage possession of alcohol and possession of a false I.D.

    Officers issued eight traffic warnings, assisted three motorists and responded to two alarms Thursday.
    COLLEGE OF EDUCATION — A video card was removed from a computer.
