    CORRECTION: Perry Leland Cooper Jr., 26, Sandy Way, was charged with headlight violation and marijuana possession. Due to a Statesboro Police report error, Perry Cooper Sr., 47, Sandy Way, was erroneously reported Wednesday as being arrested on these charges.
    James Mullard Shy, 30, College Walk Apartments —felony theft by conversion.
    James Curtis Cowart, 41, Homestead Drive, Ellabell —suspended license, no proof of insurance.
    Tonya Leigh Cowart, 36, Homestead Drive, Ellabell —suspended license, probation violation.
    Tobias Gadson III, 25, Roosevelt Club Road, Metter — marijuana possession.
    Tiffany Michelle Littles, 23, Morris Heights Apartments — probation violation.

Incidents
    STATESBORO FIRST UNITED METHODIST CHURCH — A child did not want to go to dance class with a person her father approved to escort her there. She “pitched a fit,” according to reports, until her mother arrived to escort her to the class, although she was under her father’s turn for custody at the time.
    ENMARK — Someone broke into a cola machine and stole $30 in change.
    PRINCE WAY — A woman said someone stole $20 from her home.
    COPPER BEECH TOWNHOUSES — A woman reported the theft of a Macbook and Xbox 360.
    WILDWOOD VILLAS — Officers responded to a domestic disturbance.

Arrests
    Brandy Marie Barbee, 34, Halcyondale Road, Sylvania — financial identity fraud, felony theft by receiving stolen property, negotiating fraudulent checks.
    Taleshaa Barbara Jones, 20, Gilgal Road, Sylvania — bench warrant.
 
Incidents
    PLANTATION MOBILE HOME PARK — (Statesboro) A man and woman who were trying to reconcile got into an argument over a truck tag that had been discarded.
    J&J TAX SERVICES — A woman discovered someone used her identity to fraudulently file taxes.
    NESSMITH FARMS — (Westside Road, Statesboro) A man reported the theft of 1,000 pounds of pecans, a trailer and tools.
    LUCY LANE — (Statesboro) A man and woman argued all day and she called deputies to intervene.

    Officers issued six traffic warnings and assisted six motorists Wednesday.

    CENTENNIAL PLACE — Offices responded to a domestic issue.
    COBA BUILDING — Someone reported graffiti written on a wall.
