    Charles Hagins Jr., 58, West Main Street — probation violation.

  Incidents
    EAST GEORGIA REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER — Police responded to a call about a disorderly patient.
    LOWE’S — Someone found a bag of what appeared to be marijuana.
    BEDFORD STREET — Officers responded to complaints about neighbors.
    CAMBRIDGE AT SOUTHERN — Officers responded to a reported argument where some were uttering provocative words to start a fight.

    Stephen Richard Ebeling Jr., 31, Cedarwood Acres Mobile Home Park, Register — probation violation.
    Dewayne Lawton Herrmann, 38, Georgia Highway 17, Millen — theft by receiving stolen property.
    Dustin Lavon McGlamery, 27, Cowboy Way — theft by taking.
    David Javaaid Griffin, 20, Anderson Avenue, Guyton — bench warrant.
    Dakota Allen Wilkes, 18, Red Hill Church Road, Pembroke — felony probation violation.
    Edwin Keith Wilson, 47, U.S. Highway 301 South — felony theft by conversion, probation violation.
    Candy Renee Horseman, 26, Ervin Road — exploitation of an elderly person, probation violation.
    Randy Demetrius Perkins, 32, Poplar Street — DUI (refused test).
    Matthew Ryan Willis, 22, LaRoach Avenue, Savannah Avenue — contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

  Incidents
    DIABLO LANE — (Brooklet) A man reported the theft of a black 1991 Pontiac Firebird.
    CEDARWOOD ACRES MOBILE HOME PARK — (Register) A representative for Excelsior Electric Membership Corp. reported someone switched meters with another residence to get power for free.
    OLD LEEFIELD ROAD — (Brooklet) Deputies responded to reports that two women were fighting in the road. Later, a man refused to let his wife see her children because of a previous incident in which she was involved, and deputies again responded to the area.
    PINE INN ESTATES — (Register) A woman said her boyfriend, who had toured Iraq in the military, suffered from post traumatic stress disorder and suddenly became irate. During a gathering in which all had been drinking, he began throwing beer cans, cups and trash all over the house, then left.
    BANKS CREEK CHURCH ROAD — (Portal) A woman said her father died and left his home to her. A woman who had been staying in the home felt it should have been left to her and threatened the complainant.
    GEORGIA HIGHWAY 24 — (GWINETTE’S CROSSING) A man who told deputies his wife is having an affair saw her at the other man’s home. He pulled over to talk to her, and the other man yelled and cursed at him.
    DRY BRANCH VILLAGE — (Register) A woman called deputies after seeing a man grab his ex-wife by the throat during a loud argument. She went to stop him and he pushed her, threatening her and cursing. He got into a truck and told the driver to run her over, she said, adding that he was highly intoxicated. The ex-wife said she had invited him to visit with their child, and they argued over the child’s headphones. She was advised of Safe Haven’s services.

GEORGIA SOUTHERN UNIVERSITY POLICE
  Arrests
    Officers issued six traffic citations Monday.
 
  Incidents
    Officers issued seven traffic warnings and assisted  five motorists.
    UNIVERSITY VILLAS — A woman made a drug complaint, suspecting her roommate to be smoking marijuana. Officers discovered the roommate smoking cigars to make herself sick, wanting to vomit because she had an eating disorder. She declined counseling for her eating disorder, but no marijuana was found.
    HENDERSON LIBRARY — A woman reported being followed by a man who peered through shelves at the library and appeared to be removing his clothing. She left but had to return to retrieve her books and found notes she suspected he wrote, asking her a personal question about her anatomy and to toss her written answer behind the shelves. She said the man had stalked her in months prior, and she found him standing over her once as she slept in the library.

    Evans County Sheriff’s Department - no calls.

    Central 911 dispatchers issued the following calls Monday:
