    Robie J. Wilson, 42, Register — suspended license.
    Lloyd Fortier, 24, Madison Meadows — no proof of insurance, marijuana possession.

Incidents
    EAGLE COURT APARTMENTS — A woman said a man held her down and covered her mouth during an argument over their relationship.
    VAN BUREN STREET — A man harassed a couple after an argument by texting and calling, the victims told police.
    NORTHSIDE APARTMENTS — Two sisters argued about one taking the other one’s child to Savannah. Someone called police to mediate.
    FRONTIER COMMUNICATIONS — Someone damaged a shed on the company property.
    CAMBRIDGE APARTMENTS — A man told police he was choked and kicked during an argument with another man over ground beef. The other person involved said he was shoved and cursed.
