Incidents
    GEORGIA AVENUE — A cab driver said his rider was $35 short in paying the fare.
    THE COVE AT SOUTHERN — A woman said her mail was taken.
In a separate incident, someone forced entry to a vehicle and stole a wallet.
    POINTE AT SOUTHERN — A bicycle was reported stolen.
    WILLOW BEND APARTMENTS — A man said he was attacked — hit in the head with a handgun — while riding his bicycle.
    UNIVERSITY PINES — A woman said her moped was stolen.
    SOUTH WALNUT STREET — A home was broken into, and a television and computer were stolen.
     WEST JONES AVENUE — A woman said someone spray-painted her front door.
     PROCTOR STREET — A woman reported food and keys missing from her vehicle.

  Arrests
    Between Friday and Sunday, troopers issued two speeding citations, five child restraint citations and two seat belt citations. Troopers issued a total of 21 citations.

Incidents
    Between Friday and Sunday, troopers stopped 62 vehicles, patrolled 1,436 miles and issued five seat belt warnings and 34 speeding warnings.

GEORGIA SOUTHERN UNIVERSITY POLICE
Arrests
    Officers issued two citations Friday through Sunday.
    Caleb Jamaal Clemmons, 20, Lanier Drive — terroristic threats via computer.
    Bradley David Higgins, 20, Lanier Drive — possession of alcohol under 21 years of age, false ID.

Incidents
    Officers assisted four motorists and issued no traffic warnings Friday through Sunday.
    SOUTHERN COURTYARD — Officers responded to a report of criminal trespass.
    EAGLE VILLAGE — Three students were judicially referred when police discovered an alcohol violation.
    HENDERSON LIBRARY — An incident report was taken for theft.
      J LOT — Police responded to an entering auto report.
    EINSTEIN BROS BAGELS — Officers found a small baggy containing a substance believed to be marijuana on the lobby floor.
