    Omar Ybarra, 45, U.S.  Highway 301 North, Claxton — failure to yield, driving without a valid license.
    Lateria S. Mincey, 25, Morris     Street — hit and run, simple battery of law enforcement officers, DUI, obstruction.
    Leondrae Terrell Jones, 22, Institute Street — battery, marijuana possession, giving false information.
    Derrion Cortez Barlow, 22, Lanier Drive — entering auto, theft by taking, obstruction.
    Albert G. Weaver, 34, Daphne Lane, Register — criminal use of an item with an altered ID mark, suspicious activity, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, carrying a pistol without a license, obstruction.
    Lonnie Gary Vasser, 49, Mixon Drive, Vidalia — failure to maintain lane, DUI.
    Heather Michelle Lanier, 43, Coastal Village Drive, Brunswick — wanted person.

Incidents
    ARCHWAY DRIVE — Police responded to a fight in which a car was damaged.
    CAMBRIDGE AT SOUTHERN — A man reported the theft of a Christmas wreath, $2 in rolled pennies, a Georgia flag license plate with frame and a can of Busch Light beer.
    THE POINTE AT SOUTHERN — Someone stole a Halo Limited Edition Xbox 360 and four related game cartridges.
    Another person reported the theft of two laptop computers.
    BRAMPTON AVENUE — Police and firefighters responded to a dumpster fire.
    WILDWOOD VILLAS — Two women argued over purchase of furniture, and one threatened the other.
    DAIRY QUEEN — A woman called police to the location to report a man, her ex-boyfriend, put sugar in her gas tank. The man’s daughter told her he did so, she said. The responding officer observed sugar around the gas tank opening.
    CAMPUS CROSSINGS — A Wii and Xbox 360 were stolen.
    BELK — An employee obtained a gift card without paying the $200 fee.
    WALMART — A woman was arrested after trying to pick up merchandise off the shelf and receive refunds for their value.
    SPRING STREET — A man stole metal roofing from a residence.
    GARY STREET — Someone stole orange juice and a 24-pack of Sprite from an outside refrigerator.
    CAMPUS CROSSINGS — A Sony PlayStation 3 and eight related game cartridges, four Redbox DVDs, and game controllers were stolen.
    EASTVIEW APARTMENTS — Someone stole a TV.
    EAGLE COURT APARTMENTS — A woman told police she argued with her boyfriend because he watched obscene videos.
    GREEN STREET — A man said his ex-girlfriend accessed his Facebook account, posted remarks stating he is a danger to small children, and changed his password so he cannot correct the issue.
    MIKELL STREET — Police responded to a fight between three females.
    PRIMETIME LOUNGE — Someone stole a purse from a car.

BULLOCH COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
Incidents
    R.P. MILLER ROAD — (Statesboro) Two chainsaws and a generator were stolen.
    NESSMITH ROAD — (Statesboro) A man said another stabbed him in the leg during an argument, but he did not wish to prosecute.
    OLD RIGGS MILL ROAD — (Statesboro) A woman reported jewelry stolen.
    AKINS POND ROAD — (Statesboro) A man found walking beside a rolling car ran when deputies tried to question him. They caught him and took him to jail, but all parties were released after deputies discovered the man had no warrants and he and a woman were breaking up and he had just wanted to get out of the car for a while.
    GEORGIA HIGHWAY 25 — (Portal) A woman was arrested for drunk driving after being stopped traveling on the wrong side of the road.

    Lawanda Brown Wilson, 43, Matthews Road — DUI (test refused).

Arrests
    Officers issued ten traffic citations Friday through Sunday.
    Charles Hershel Shockey, 18, Woodstock — public indecency.
    Brett Anthony Misuka, 19, Newnan — possession of alcohol under 21 years of age, entering auto, criminal attempt to entering auto, misdemeanor obstruction and felony obstruction.
    Scott Norman Waters, 20, Lincolnton — obstruction.
    Frances Noelle Marshall, 21, Albany — driving without license on person, suspended license and no proof of insurance.
 
Incidents
    HENDERSON LIBRARY — Investigators are looking into a reported theft.  
    UNIVERSITY VILLAS — An incident report was taken for a theft of a bike.
    PAULSON STADIUM — Officers responded to the parking bus stop in reference to terroristic threats and disorderly conduct. The offender was taken into custody and transported to receive medical treatment. Criminal charges for terroristic threats and acts and disorderly conduct are pending.
    J LOT — Officers discovered a subject entering a vehicle and attempting to enter vehicles that he did not own. He was arrested.
    In a separate incident, officers responded to a fight in J Lot.
