Arrests
    Allison Ingram, 21, Garden District — suspended license, obscured tag.
    Cynthia Annette Armstrong, 49, Eason Street — aggravated assault.
    Mandeep Singh, 23, Charles Street, Swainsboro — DUI, failure to maintain lane.
    Michael A. McCray, 29, Lanier Drive — theft by shoplifting.
    Wardale Cosper, 24, Institute Street — theft by shoplifting.
    Ralph Matthew Furman, 25, Church Street — theft by shoplifting.
 
Incidents
    FOXRIDGE APARTMENTS — A couple argued over marital property.
    EASON STREET — A woman who reportedly tried stabbing a man with a kitchen knife while she was intoxicated ended up behind bars.
    WALMART — A man shoplifted a pack of razor blades. In a separate incident two men shoplifted a cell phone.
    EAGLE CREEK TOWNHOUSES — A witness reported a man exited a car and fired shots towards a fence. Officers found spent shell casings and bullet holes in the fence.

Arrests
    Jonathan Randall Rice, 17, Cash Road, Brooklet — felony theft by taking.
    Antonio Lee Saunders, 26, Easy Street — probation violation.
 
Incidents
    SPELL MINCEY ROAD — (Portal) A man reported his juvenile daughter ran away.
    SHANE ROAD — (Statesboro) A man reported the theft of a chainsaw.
A neighbor reported a gas can and extension cord stolen.
    GA. 67 — (Statesboro) A man reported the theft of a welder, leads, saw, drill and batteries.
    PERSIMMON PLACE — (Brooklet) A woman complained about a former boyfriend who threatened to shoot her and posted derogatory comments about her on Facebook.

    Justin Michael Sumter, 22, Southern Court — DUI and headlight requirements.
    Davon Deandre Fenn, 20, Lanier Drive — possession of marijuana.

Incidents
    Officers issued two traffic warnings and assisted 11 motorists Thursday.
    SOUTHERN PINES — A purse was taken from a vehicle.
    WATSON HALL — Someone filed a drug complaint.
