    Samantha Renee Phillips, 26, Old Pond Lane — seat belt violation, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, possession/use of drug-related objects.

Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office
    SOD FARM LANE — A man told deputies his baby-sitter told him a man was walking around his house. He accessed surveillance cameras remotely and saw the offender walking around his property with a headlamp on his head. When deputies arrived at the scene they did not locate the offender.
    HIGHWAY 24 — Deputies responded to a domestic dispute between a mother and daughter. The daughter said her mother was intoxicated and they usually argue when alcohol is involved. She said her mother yelled at her for no reason. The mother stated the daughter had been insubordinate all day. The daughter was taken to her uncle’s house for a period to allow the situation to de-escalate.

Statesboro Police Department
    ALLEN CAIL DRIVE — A man who was stopped for possibly driving while intoxicated kicked officers and a patrol car, causing injury to the officer and damage to the car. He was arrested on several charges.
    MORRIS HEIGHTS APARTMENTS — A woman told police another woman punched her in the eye.

    Officers issued no traffic citations and one traffic warning and assisted one motorist.
    RECREATION ACTIVITY CENTER — Someone reported a theft.
