STATESBORO POLICE DEPARTMENT
Arrests
    Martin Aditito Aderbowale, 21, Bermuda Run Apartments — following too closely, leaving the scene of an accident, suspended license.
    Candace Oshanne Wigfall, 19, Vista Circle — no tag, driving while unlicensed, driving on the wrong side of the roadway and improper use of a dealership tag.

Incidents
    GEORGIA AVENUE — A woman caught someone inside her vehicle. When she tried to photograph the person, she was slapped in the face and hand.
    WALMART — A person who shoplifted two items also was found to have made a fraudulent return and received an $85 gift card and a $90 gift card. Warrants were issued for his arrest.
    CINDY LANE — A man reported the theft of a lawn mower.
    DIXIE FOODS — An elderly couple were robbed at gunpoint. Statesboro police are investigating; no injuries were reported.
    BLAKEWOODS APARTMENTS — A man reported two TVs, a PlayStation 3, a video game and laptop computer stolen in a burglary.
    CINDY LANE — A man had a female friend visit him while his girlfriend took the children trick-or-treating. When the girlfriend returned and found the female visitor, a fight ensued and the man called police to intervene.
    DINGUS MAGEES — Two men were attacked by a group of males, according to witnesses. They suffered visible injuries.
    CHANDLER ROAD — Two men said they were almost struck by a car, and then four men exited the car and argued with them. One of the offenders grabbed a bicycle lock from a victim and struck him in the face.
    THE POINTE AT SOUTHERN — A black Kia Spectra was reported stolen.

    SOUTHERN PINES — Officers responded in reference to three suspicious persons checking door knobs to apartments.
