    Spencer Ryan Bowen, 25, Crossway Cottages — theft by shoplifting.
    Jean J. Desire, 43, Pintail Lane — suspended license, headlights violation.
    James Beaumont Martin, 25, Fair Road —  open container, stop sign violation, DUI.
    Julian Jamal Williams, 20, Daphne Lane —  carrying a concealed weapon, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
    Brandon Antonio Bell, 26. Mill Creek Estates — probation violation.
    Brett R. Savage, 51, McBride Circle, Sylvania —  wanted person.
    Carlos Wilburn, 19, Georgia Avenue — loitering or prowling.
 
Incidents
    WALMART —  A man shoplifted several DVDs.
    COLLEGE WALK APARTMENTS —  Police responded to a domestic disturbance between a man and wife.
    HAWTHORNE ROAD —  A man reported a burglary in which clothes (several Ralph Lauren shirts) speakers, shoes, Rayban sun glasses, iPod and a bowtie were stolen.
    CAMPUS CROSSING —  A woman said a female and two others attacked her after claiming she bumped into them at a party and called them names.

BULLOCH COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
Arrests
    Christopher Lynn Clark, 25, Plantation Mobile Home Park —  probation violation.
    Dustin Stephen Parrish, 17, RJ Kennedy Road —  bench warrant.
 
Incidents
    HERITAGE MOBILE HOME PARK —  (Statesboro) Jewelry and pennies were reported stolen.
    ROCKY ROAD —  (Register) Two homes were burglarized. One victim was not home and could not be reached immediately but the other reported a gun and other valuables stolen.
    TEE PEE WAY —  (Statesboro) A man reported financial transaction card fraud.
    PLANTATION POINTE DRIVE —  (Statesboro) When a juvenile girl told her father about her sexual orientation, he struck her and shoved her against a grill, she told deputies.
    SIMONS ROAD —  (Statesboro) A man and woman argued over his drinking.

possession of alcohol and possession of a false I.D.

Incidents
    Officers issued four traffic warnings, assisted twelve motorists and responded to one injured person Thursday.
    EAGLE VILLAGE — A pair of shoes were taken from the laundry room.
    RUSSELL UNION — A book bag was stolen.
