ARRESTS
Brooklet Police Department
    Gail Ann Plourde, 30, Statesboro — driving unlicensed, possession of controlled substance, giving false information to law enforcement, defective windshield.

Statesboro Police, Bulloch County Sheriff, Georgia Southern University, and Georgia State Patrol arrests made Friday through Sunday will be reported Tuesday.

    ARCHWAY DRIVE — (Statesboro) A man held a knife to a McDonald’s employee’s hip and threatened her if he did not get his food immediately. He was made to leave, and was gone when police arrived.
    BAYMONT INN & SUITES — A man reported the theft of a computer bag, laptop computer and iPad.
    EAST GEORGIA REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER — A woman said her live-in boyfriend came to her workplace and harassed her.
    SPRINGHILL SUITES — A woman said a man took a cellphone and cash while she slept.

Bulloch County Animal Shelter
    The shelter reported the following activity during the week of Nov. 4-10:
    Surrendered by citizens — 11  dogs and six cats from rural county areas; two dogs and three cats from City of Statesboro.
    Collected by officers — 20 dogs and 20 cats from rural county areas; two dogs and six cats from City of Statesboro.
    Adopted from shelter — 12 dogs and eight cats.
    Reclaimed by owners — a cat and a dog.
    Died at shelter — two dogs and 13 cats.
    Euthanized — 23 cats and 11  dogs.
    Fees collected — $757.50
