William Allen Martin, 56, Wesley Haire Lane, Claxton – obstruction, public intoxication.

Elizabeth Marie Polan, 34, Old River Road North –wanted person (Jefferson County).

Sylvia Gayle Dutton, 69, Hwy. 46 – felony bench warrant.

Tamir Joseph Durham, 18, University Place Apartments – entering auto, financial transaction card fraud.

INCIDENT REPORTS

➤ Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office

TWIN FORKS ROAD – A woman, her daughter and grandson argued because her grandson refused her request that he not stay on the computer at night. The woman said his being on the computer all night ran up her electricity bill.

HIGHTOWER ROAD – A woman reported her purse, containing identification documents and $400 cash, lost or stolen.

 

➤ Statesboro Police Department

EAGLE COURT CONDOMINIUMS – A woman said someone she knows damaged her vehicle.

CHANDLER ROAD – Officers responded to a verbal dispute.

COWBOY’S BAR –A person who had previously been served a criminal trespass warning was arrested for returning to the bar.

SUCCESS COURT – Officers responded to a dispute involving someone pointing a gun at another.

STADIUM WALK – A woman said her ex-boyfriend assaulted her. She was given information on seeking warrants.

WILTON DRIVE – A woman told police someone tried to break into her home while she was away.

SAV-A-LOT – A person was cited, released and served a criminal trespass warning after shoplifting several packages of hot dogs and sausages.

SOUTH COLLEGE STREET –Officers responded to a verbal dispute in the post office parking lot.

 

➤ Georgia Southern University Police

Officers issued nine traffic citations, one traffic warning and assisted two motorists Monday.

 SOUTHERN PINES CLUBHOUSE –Police are actively investigating a theft.

In a separate case at Southern Pines Apartments, someone else reported a theft.

CENTENNIAL PLACE – Someone reported a suspicious person or activities.

UNIVERSITY VILLAS –Someone reported receiving harassing communications.
