    Madison Ashleigh Garner, 20, Tuscany Trail — theft by shoplifting.
    Carlos Lorenzo Wilburn, 20, Georgia Avenue — simple assault, giving false information to officers, obstruction.
    Garrett Alan Herb, 22, Scottsdale Court — wanted person.
    Charis Nicole Thompson, 37, Clairborne Avenue — DUI (refused test), endangering a child while DUI and failure to maintain lane.

Incidents
    STADIUM PLACE — A Wii and 20 games were stolen.
    CLAIRE’S BOUTIQUE — A juvenile girl shoplifted a bundle of bracelets.
    LITTLE LOTTS CREEK APARTMENTS — A woman found a small black handgun inside a tire next to a fence where children were playing. The gun was loaded.
    GEORGIA AVENUE — A woman said a laptop computer was stolen from her car.
    PRESTON DRIVE — A man said a woman called his cellphone continuously and threatened him with harm.
    ENTOURAGE CLOTHING — A woman shoplifted a shirt.
    BAYMONT INN — An iPhone and basketball shoes were taken from a car.
    SUMMIT APARTMENTS — A woman said her daughter ripped up a check, stole her purse and shut her foot in the door as she left.

Arrests
    Matthew Montie Albertie, 29, Second Street, Springfield — simple battery, third-degree cruelty to children.
    Rashawn Brandon McKinnon, 19, U.S. Highway 280, Claxton — second-degree burglary.
    Tabitha Corey Prosser, 25, Maple Drive — burglary, theft by taking firearm.
    Kayla Jeree Scott, 22, Lawton Place, Sylvania — simple battery, third-degree cruelty to children, criminal trespass.
    David Lamar Sparks, 41, Hendrix Circle — disorderly conduct.
    Keemon Rasheem Williams, 18, Church Street, Claxton — second-degree burglary.

Incidents
    HENDRIX CIRCLE — A man was arrested after being very intoxicated and combative.
    GEORGIA HIGHWAY 46 — (Register) A man said he suspected his grandson of stealing $320 recently and possibly credit cards at an earlier date.

Arrests
    Officers issued one traffic citation Tuesday.

Incidents
    Officers wrote three traffic warnings and assisted one motorist Tuesday.
    FREEDOM’S LANDING — Officers responded in reference to a man attempting to remove Parking and Transportation boots from his vehicle. Officers advised him of correct procedures for having the boots removed from his vehicle — pay the ticket that caused it to be placed on the tire.
    CHANDLER ROAD — Officers discovered an intoxicated subject at University Villas.
