    Royrecia Antony Walker, 17, Zack Street, Waynesboro — theft by shoplifting.
    Emory Wyly Yant, 45, North Main Street — wanted person.
    Zachary Wilson Blocker, 22, Hatcher Run, Ellabell —probation violation.
    Frederick Phil Anthony, 21, Kilpatrick Street, Swainsboro — suspended license, driving without a license, brake light violation.
    Christian R. Kelley, 24, Brothers Lane, Dalton — wanted person.
    Gregory Lanier, 4, Reed Street — suspended license.
 
Incidents
    BELK — A man concealed a bottle of Polo cologne in his pocket and left without paying. He was arrested.
    GARDEN DISTRICT — A tenant reported cologne, clothes and $135 stolen.
    MILL RUN APARTMENTS — A woman said an ex-boyfriend hit her and another woman, ten threatened two more friends.
    BRANNEN STREET — A woman gave a man $1,100 for a TV but he did not come through with the deal and will not give her the TV.
    CALI NAILS — A woman said a business checkbook was stolen.
    JOHNSON STREET — A woman said her son told her his sister was threatened when a group of juvenile girls threatened to beat her because they did not like who she hung out with.
