Arrests
    Elmore Latodd Smith, 36, Sinkhole Road — driving with a suspended license (second offense), failure to obey traffic device.
    Peter A. Stewart Jr., 42, West Main Street — marijuana possession, no proof of insurance, tail light violation.

Incidents
    RUSTY’S TAVERN — Police responded to a reported fight, but one party was gone upon arrival.
    DEBBIE LANE — A woman reported being physically attacked by a man for whom warrants were issued.
    PANERA BREAD — An employee is suspected of stealing $160 from a purse in a safe.
    STATESBORO HIGH SCHOOL — Headphones and a cellphone were stolen from a locker room.
    FRANKLIN TOYOTA — A woman said another female punched her in the face and slashed her car tire.
    EL SOMBRERO/BUCKHEAD DRIVE — Someone shattered a car window and stole a purse.
    EL SOMBRERO/FAIR ROAD — A man said someone shattered his car window and stole a book bag, headphones and other items.

Incidents
    Officers issued eight traffic warnings and assisted six motorists Thursday.
    RECREATION ACTIVITY CENTER — A man reported the theft of a ball cap and a watch from his book bag.
