    EAGLE COURT APARTMENTS — Someone reported Monday that between 1:30 and 3 p.m. Sunday, a rape occurred. Reports indicate a weapon, referred to as “other” (not a gun or knife) was used and the offender was a stranger to the victim.
    PARK PLACE APARTMENTS — A woman told police around 6 p.m. Tuesday that she was harassed by a man who asked for a cigarette and threatened to punch her in the face when she refused. She later found the words “Blood Gang” written in fresh rain on the hood of her minivan.
    JOHNSON STREET — A woman reported Monday that around 3 p.m.  Jan. 7, a juvenile punched a juvenile victim in the eye over hearsay. The victim suffered a laceration.
    WAL-MART SUPERCENTER — (Northside Drive East) A woman was arrested between 4 and 6 p.m. Tuesday for shoplifting 26 articles of children’s clothing worth $193; three flavors of Chapstick valued at $3 and two pairs of earrings valued at $10.
    Around 3 p.m. Tuesday, two men were arrested after shoplifting DVDs.
    FLASH FOODS — A woman was arrested for stealing $92 worth of cigarettes and grocery items between 8 a.m. Oct. 17 and 2:40 p.m. Tuesday. The employee was arrested on shoplifting charges after admitting to the theft.

    Timothy Ray McKnight, 55, Roger Lake Road, Lithonia, Ga. — bench warrant, possession of drug-related objects.
    Odera Chidi Iloegbunam, 26, Georgia Highway 24 — bench warrant, giving false identity, suspended license, defective equipment.
    Russell Shae Deal, 41, Oak Pointe Drive, Richmond Hill — simple battery of a person 65 or older.

    JAY’S FOOD MART — (Clito) A man called deputies when a male customer shoplifted a Bic lighter around 3:15 p.m. Tuesday.
    GEORGIA HIGHWAY 119 NORTH — (Stilson) A woman told deputies around 10:30 p.m. Tuesday that a man began beating on her door when she told him she did not want him there and that he could not come in. He then picked up a rock and threw it through a window.
    DEER ROAD — Deputies responded around 12:01 a.m. Wednesday to a domestic dispute and arrested a man on battery charges. The offender pushed a woman down, according to reports, and struck a man who tried to remove him from the room.

    Officers issued one traffic citation Tuesday.

    Officers issued three traffic warnings and assisted eight motorists Tuesday.
