STATESBORO POLICE
Arrests
    Tyler Thomas Bennett, 21, Kennesaw Springs, Kennesaw — theft by shoplifting.
    Latisha Nicole Clark, 20, Beaver Dam Road, Sylvania — theft by shoplifting.
    Tonya Michelle Newman, 31, Donaldson Street — theft by shoplifting, criminal trespass.
    Stanley White, 48, North College Street — suspended license, suspended registration, no proof of insurance.

Incidents
    WALMART — A man stole a weight loss product and a gold glove.
    In a separate incident a man left without paying for a plate of food from the deli.
    In yet another incident, a woman shoplifted pacifiers, hair products and clothing.
    A fourth incident involved a woman who stole T-shirts and a laundry basket.
    WILDWOOD VILLAS — Someone stole a phone, docking station and toolbox.
    WORLD FINANCE CORP. — An employee took out several loans in other people’s names without their permission or knowledge. The case is under investigation.
    LANIER APARTMENTS — Someone wrote graffiti on walls of a shed.
    PARK AVENUE — A woman told police someone created a false Facebook account in her juvenile daughter’s name and used it to bully and solicit other students.
    SOUTH COLLEGE STREET — Several TVs and other electronics were reported stolen.
    MONTGOMERY DRIVE — A woman said another female threatened her over a dispute between other people.
    SOUTH WALNUT STREET — A man reported a utility trailer stolen. Witnesses saw two men take it.

BULLOCH COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
Arrests
    Matthew David Delegal, 22, East  Longleaf Drive, Auburn, Ala. — speeding, suspended license (Register police arrest).
    Holly Megan Dyer, 22, Greenbriar Trail — probation violation.
    Kerry James Oglesby, 61, Deer Run Road — possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, tag light requirements.
    Patricia Sue Price, 21, Dry Branch Village — DUI, failure to maintain lane, possession/use of a drug related object (Register police arrest).
    Rodney Lamond Dixon, 42, Harvest Drive, Springfield — aggravated assault, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, affray.
    Daryl Wayne Lott, 37, Suncrest Drive, Portal — unregistered vehicle, no insurance.

Incidents
    BURKHALTER ROAD — (Statesboro) A man and woman argued after she turned off the TV.
    ARCOLA ROAD — (Brooklet) A man reported a motor, batteries, and gas tank stolen from boats he has for sale.
    GEORGIA HIGHWAY 46 — (Statesboro) A woman reported a stereo, Jack Russell dog, kennel, blankets and computer stolen. She suspects her ex-husband of taking the items.
    OLD RIVER ROAD SOUTH — (Statesboro) A woman called deputies after another woman told her she was leaving. The offender left behind juvenile children and was seen standing in the road with a tote bag as the complainant arrived at the residence to care for the children. Department of Family and Children Services was notified and the children were turned over to a relative.
    MILL CREEK ROAD — (Statesboro) A woman said a man called her and asked to describe sexual fantasies. She told him no and hung up before calling deputies.

GEORGIA STATE PATROL POST 45
Arrests
    Between Friday and Sunday, troopers issued nine speeding citations and a total of 17 citations overall.

Incidents
    Between Friday and Sunday, troopers investigated eight crashes with six reported injuries, stopped 51 vehicles, patrolled 1,502 miles, issued three seat belt warnings and 25 speeding warnings, and assisted one motorist.

GEORGIA SOUTHERN UNIVERSITY POLICE
Arrests
    Officers issued 24 citations Friday through Sunday.
    Blake Carter McKinnon, 18, St. Simons Island — underage possession of alcohol and obstruction.
    Tyler Coaven Hollis, 21, Evans — disorderly conduct and obstruction.

Incidents
    Between Friday and Sunday, six traffic warnings were written and four motorists were assisted.
    FREEDOM’S LANDING  — Officers responded in reference to an unwanted person.  The person was escorted from Freedom’s Landing and banned from Georgia Southern University property.
    In a separate incident, officers responded in reference to a domestic dispute. One of the subjects involved was banned from Georgia Southern property.
    C/J LOT — A man said an unknown black male struck him and fled from the scene in a vehicle. EMS was notified, responded but did not transport.
    J LOT — An incident report was taken for an entering auto case.

    Bulloch County EMS — 14 medical calls Friday; four accident calls, a fire call, a rescue call and 23 medical calls Saturday; and 20 medical calls Sunday.
    Candler County EMS — three medical calls Friday, two fire calls and five medical calls Saturday, and four medical calls Sunday.
    Evans County EMS — three accident calls and six medical calls Friday, three medical calls Saturday, and four medical calls Sunday.
