    * Jared Hart Fernandez, 19, Main Street, Uvalda – failure to obey traffic device, DUI under 21, underage possession of alcohol.

    * Courtney Mario Alston, 40, Kent Street – sale of cocaine, manufacture, distribution or possession of  a controlled substance, endangering security interest.
    * Edna Ruth Dutton, 56, Cowboy Way, Portal – criminal trespass.

Georgia State Patrol Arrests
     * Troopers issued 34 traffic violation citations Friday – Sunday.
    * Victoria Grauman, 26, Hayes Court,  Byron – DUI (pending test).
    * James M. Brown, 60, East Village Drive — DUI (.155)
    * Sean Egan, 21, Morning Lane, Roswell — DUI (.135).
    * Charles Byrne, 19, Gretel’s Hunt – DUI under 21 (.135).

    * FRIDAY — Officers  issued two parking citations and 13 traffic citations.
    * Breann Renee Chambers, 18, Eagle Village — underage possession of alcohol, obstruction of a law enforcement officer.
     * Brittany Leighanne Holton, 19, Lanier Drive – DUI, excessive volume from motor vehicle.
    * Brandyne Erick Jones, 22, Pineview Road — obstruction of law enforcement officer.
    * SATURDAY — Officers issued two traffic citations.
    * Jeanie S. Beach, 46, Whitney Road, Monroe — public drunk and disorderly conduct.
    *  Joseph A. Lamay Jr., 18, Eagle Village – underage possession/consumption of alcohol.
    * Ari L. Tatum, 20, Rubye Lee Lane, Dacula – underage possession/consumption of alcohol.
     * Katherine Isabel Rivas, 18, Nolin Ridge Trail, Duluth –underage  possession/consumption of alcohol and obstruction of an officer.

Statesboro Police Incidents
    * PAUL HARMON CPA – Someone tried to break into this South Mulberry Street office, but was unsuccessful.
    * STATESBORO SCHOOL OF DANCE – A screen was removed from this South Zetterower Avenue location, but entry was not made.
    * SPLIT ENDS – Someone did enter a window of this South Zetterower Avenue business and took $46.
    * KENNEDY CONCRETE – Another South Zetterower Avenue business where someone entered, rummaged around, but took nothing.
    * JOHN’S PLACE – A client was unruly when staff tried giving him medicine. He threw chairs and told him it would take six of them to get him into bed. Finally his medicines began working and he calmed down, reports stated.
    * DODD CIRCLDE – Someone stole a TV.
    * SOUTH COLLEGE STREET – A woman said a strange man approached her juvenile daughter and said he knew where she lives.
    * WAL-MART – Two women stole diapers and underwear by concealing them in purses. Also, in a separate incident, a man concealed electronics accessories and tried leaving without paying.
    * McDONALD’s / NORTHSIDE DRIVE EAST – A man tried using a counterfeit $20 bill in the drive-through. When employees went to get the manager, the man fled.
    * SCOTCH PINE AVENUE – A woman reported the theft of two pit bulldogs – a red one and a black one with white chest.
    * HOLLIS BUILDING, GSU – Statesboro Police helped Georgia Southern University officers with a man who tried fleeing. GSU officers saw the driver of car back into a pole, and one man fled when it was discovered he had marijuana and a suspended driver’s license. When the man was running, he looked back and tripped over a curb.

Bulloch Sheriff’s Incidents
    * Incidents occurring since Friday will be published Wednesday due to holidays.

Georgia Southern University Incidents
    * THURSDAY — Officers assisted five motorists, issued five traffic warnings, and responded to two alarms.
    * FRIDAY — Officers assisted six motorists.
    *  SATURDAY — Officers assisted five motorists, assisted two sick person and responded to two alarms.
    * SUNDAY — Officers assisted two motorists and responded to one alarm.
    * C-LOT — Officers responded to a disturbance, and was found that several males were "horsing around" and there was no actual disturbance.
    * RUSSELL UNION – Someone found a ring.
    * HEALTHCARE CENTER – Someone stole a wallet.
    * EAGLE VILLAGE — An iPod was reported.
    * RECREATION ACTIVITY CENTER – Someone stole a set of keys.
    * FOREST DRIVE BUILDING – Someone fund a set of keys.
    * SOUTHERN PINES – Someone reported vandalism.
    * CENTENNIAL PLACE – A bicycle was stolen.
    * SANFORD HALL — A bicycle was stolen.
Georgia State Patrol Incidents
    * Troopers issued 36 warnings and investigated five crashes with six injuries over the weekend. Troopers also assisted 10 motorists and performed  seven road checks.
