    Grant Edward Owens, 19, Southern Pines – failure to maintain lane, DUI (refused test).
    David Allen Morris, 26, Shadowbrooke Drive, Springfield – failure to obey traffic control device, window tint violation, DUI.
    Chelsy Raquel Riggs, 17, Turkey rail – theft by shoplifting.
    Shakeria Rochelle Ward, 19, Peter King Road, Riceboro – driving with a suspended license, failure to yield.
    Emmanuel M. Nloueleue, 25, Flat Rock Road, Columbus – public intoxication, disorderly conduct.

    Officers issued 10 traffic citations and 11 parking citations Saturday and  11 parking citations and five traffic citations Sunday.
    Stephen Joseph Witherington, 18, specific address not listed (Statesboro) —  DUI under 21 and excessive volume from radio.
    Taylor R. Buckles, 19, Acworth —  DUI under 21 and excessive volume from radio.
    Terrione Rashad Benefield, 23, specific address not listed (Statesboro) — DUI (refusal), open container, driving with a suspended license and excessive volume from radio.
    Steven Joseph Ranger, 21, specific address not listed (Statesboro) — driving with a suspended license and failure to obey a traffic control device.
    
Statesboro Police Incidents
    BULLOCH STREET – A woman reported $200 worth of deer meat and other items stolen from a freezer in a storage house.
    VAN BUREN STREET – A man and woman fought over his talking to another female, and the woman involved said the man grabbed and pushed her. He told police she threw a chair at him.
    WAL—MART – A juvenile stole some nail polish, and a woman was charged with stealing a gold bracelet.
    COPPER BEECH TOWNHOUSES – A woman reported a stolen lap top, and another resident reported the theft of a Playstation 3, games and accessories.
    BLUE RIDGE DRIVE – A woman reported a white 2006 Lexus stolen.

Georgia Southern University Incidents
    FRIDAY — Officers issued two traffic warnings, assisted two motorists, aided one injured person and responded to two accident reports.
    SATURDAY — Officers assisted two motorists, responded to one alarm and served one license suspension notice.
    SUNDAY — Officers assisted four motorists, responded to one motor vehicle accident and issued six traffic warnings.
    PAULSON STADIUM — A purse was reported stolen; and a cell phone and a set of keys were found .
    J-LOT — A bicycle was reported stolen from the parking area.
    EAGLE VILLAGE – Someone reported the theft of an iPod and several other items.
    SOUTHERN PINES — A bicycle was reported stolen.
    HENDERSON LIBRARY – Someone reported a wallet stolen.
    INFO/TECH – The theft of a wallet was reported at the Information Technology Building.
    CENTENNIAL PLACE – Someone returned a bike found at Centennial Place and returned to the owner. Also, a wallet was reported stolen.
      
Georgia State Patrol Incidents
    Troopers issued 30  warnings and investigated  one crash with one injury over the weekend. Troopers assisted five motorists and conducted two road checks.
