Statesboro Police Incidents
EAGLES LANDING – A man said CDs and a .22 rifle were taken from his vehicle.
WAL-MART – Two women shoplifted clothing and jewelry.
COLLEGE BOULEVARD – A man reported someone damaged his garden hose and reel.
STADIUM WALK - An anonymous caller reported a couple having a loud argument.
INSTITUTE STREET – A man and woman who had been drinking pushed each other and someone called police.
COPPER BEECH TOWNHOUSES – A woman said someone stole a GPS unit and wallet from her unlocked car.
 
Bulloch County Sheriff's Incidents
GA. 46 – (Statesboro) A man reported electrical wiring stolen from an old store.
BRANNEN POND ROADS – (Brooklet) A woman said a man hit her in the face, and she hit him back, Deputies arrested the man on outstanding warrants, not because of the alleged altercation.
GABBIE’S RUN – (Statesboro) A man and woman had a noisy argument about personal issues and someone called deputies to intervene.
LANGSTON CHAPEL ROAD – (Statesboro) A man told deputies someone was stuck in his yard in the mud.

The shelter reported the following activity during the week of Feb. 2-28 .
Animals incoming:
    Bulloch County Humane Enforcement, rural areas – nine dogs.
    Bulloch County Humane Enforcement, Statesboro city limits – one dog, one cat.
Bulloch County Humane Enforcement, Brooklet city limits – one dog.
     Surrendered by citizens - six dogs and six cats.
    Number of animals in surrendered litters – one puppy and five kittens.
Animals outgoing:
    Shelter adoptions - nine dogs and one cat.
    Returned to owners – six dogs and a cat.
    Euthanized from isolation - 11 dogs and one cat.
Officer activity:
    Squirrel complaints – one inside Statesboro city limits.
    Raccoon complaints – one inside Statesboro city limits.
    Court summons/citation - eight.
    Warnings issued  - 22.
Money collected:
    Adoption fees - $350.
    Surrender fees - $30.
    Returned animal fines - $210.
    Donations - $13.
