    William James Owen Jr .,  26,  Honey Dew Lane, Brooklet – DUI (.160).
    Mandra Jane Kicklighter, 25, Pembroke – DUI (.113)
    David Eugene Childers,  27,  Serenity Farms Raod, Woodbine – DUI (refused test).
    Troopers issued 95 traffic citations between Friday and Monday.

Georgia State Patrol Incidents
    Troopers issued 164  warnings and investigated  13  crashes  with  11 injuries over the weekend. Troopers also assisted  11 motorists and performed four road checks.

    Central  911 dispatchers also routed the following calls Saturday -  four calls to Bulloch County First Responders, a call  to Emanuel County 911, a call to Effingham County 911, and a callto Screven County 911.
