    Uribe, Andrea Miroslava, 19, Kennedy Hall — financial transaction card theft; financial transaction card fraud.
     Waggoner, Nicholas Craig, 18, Southern Pines — minor in possession/consumption of alcohol; possession of marijuana.

Bulloch County Sheriff's Incidents
    BARLETT DRIVE — A man complained that, after he awoke from an alcohol—induced slumber, he discovered the clothes he was wearing had been cut. The man stated he suspects his girlfriend.
    LAKESIDE DRIVE — (Twin City) Two women reported that their juvenile daughters had left a residence, without permission, by climbing out a bedroom window. One daughter was located on Horizons Bend Road just before 2 a.m. and was returned to the mother. The mother of the other juvenile stated that she would take care of disciplinary action when the daughter returned to the residence.
    ARCHIE's WALK — A man reported that he heard someone trying to start his four—wheeler in his backyard and when he went out the backdoor to investigate, he saw an unknown white male with a black jacket running into the woods behind his residence. The subject was not found.
    STATESBORO MALL — A woman reported that her cell phone had been stolen and that someone had used the phone over the holidays, but was unsure how many minutes had been used.
    M.T. RAINES CIRCLE — A man reported that four gas cans full of gasoline and one full of kerosene were removed from his shed without his knowledge.
    MAGNOLIA WAY — A man reported that a 32 inch LCD television had been taken from his residence.
    COURTNEY WAY — A man said someone broke into his truck and removed a Sony CD player. The man said his vehicle was locked but there were no signs of forced entry. A gasoline can was also reported missing from the bed of his vehicle.
    W.C. HODGES ROAD — A man reported that someone took at .22 semi—automatic handgun from the dresser drawer in his bedroom. No forced entry was seen by the deputy.

Georgia Southern University Incidents
    Officers issued four traffic citations, issued two traffic warnings, assisted 11 motorists, responded to a report of an unwanted person at the Henderson Library and investigated one accident.
    RUSSELL UNION — A vehicle was broken into in the parking lot.
    CENTENNIAL PLACE — A television screen was reported damaged and a resident reported receiving harassing phone calls.

    Central 911 dispatchers issued the following calls Tuesday:
    Bulloch County EMS — one accident, one fire and 13 medical calls.
    Candler County EMS — three medical calls.
    Evans County EMS — four medical calls.

    Central 911 dispatchers also routed the following calls Tuesday: one call to Bulloch Animal Control, one call to Bulloch County Coroner, one call to Georgia Forestry, four calls to Bulloch County First Responders, two calls to Emanuel County and one call each to Screven and Bryan Counties.
