    U.S. 80 East – (Brooklet) A man reported the theft of a harrow.
BOWEN LANE – (Register) A man said a woman sent him and his wife harassing text messages.
STARLING ROAD – (Pembroke) A woman complained to deputies that her ex-husband’s ex-wife harassed her by text.
BURKHALTER ROAD – (Statesboro) A man grabbed a woman’s shirt during an argument, she told deputies.

    The shelter reported the following activity during the week of Feb, 1-7.
    Animals incoming:
    Bulloch County Humane Enforcement, rural areas – seven dogs.
    Bulloch County Humane Enforcement, Statesboro city limits - four dogs   
Surrendered by citizens – one dog and six cats
    Number of animals in surrendered litters - 10 puppies.
    Animals outgoing:
    Shelter adoptions – four dogs and three cats.
    Died at shelter - one cat.
    Euthanized from isolation- six dogs and two cats.
    Officer activity:
    Officers responded to five calls about goats, a call about a raccoon and a call about a cow.
Court summons/citations- two.
    Warnings issued - 25.
