Georgia State Patrol Arrests
    Troopers issued the following citations Friday – Sunday:
    * DUI arrests
    · Paul Tremble, 64, Simons Road – DUI (.176).
    · Woodrow Chatham, 70, Ga. 24 – DUI (.154).
    · Brandon Berry, 30, no specific address, Metter – DUI (.171).
    * Seatbelt citations – three.

Georgia Southern University Arrests
    * Officers issued one traffic citation Friday, one citation Saturday, and seven Sunday.
    * Tyler C. Chamblin, 18, Quailbrook Chase, Duluth — underage possession of alcohol and giving a false name to police.
    * Matthew C. Morris, 18, Wyntercreek Court, Atlanta — underage possession of alcohol and giving a false name to police.
    * Conner H. Jones, 19, Watson Commons — underage possession of alcohol and giving a false name to police.
Alex M. Peace, 19, Centennial Place - possession of marijuana.

Statesboro Police Incidents
    * EAGLE COURT – A woman said her uncle threatened her with bodily harm because she owes him money.
    * PARK PLACE APARTMENTS – An argument over carpooling led a man to strike a woman in the face with his fists, she said. He denied the altercation was physical and police noted no visible injuries to either.
    * L. A. WATERS – A caller claimed to be deaf, used someone claiming to be a phone operator to translate, and ordered two king size bedding sets. Then he asked to have $1,000 sent to him via Western Union. The store employees were suspicious and did not process the man’s order.
    * EAGLES LANDING – A woman said she suspected two evicted roommates of cutting her bike spokes and loosening brake cables.
    * WAL-MART – Two women shoplifted $112 worth of personal items, $70 worth of clothing and $13 of miscellaneous merchandise by placing it in purses.

Bulloch Sheriff’s Incidents
    * OLD MCKELVEEN ROAD – (Brooklet) A man and woman argued because he was off his medication. He told deputies he had an appointment with a doctor to get back on track.
    * STUBBS METALS/WRECKING YARD – A man was arrested for stealing a piece of metal equipment and selling it to another recycler.
    * ELDORA ROAD – (Ellabell) A man said another man threatened him with bodily harm.
    * ENGLISH OAKS SUBDIVISION – (Statesboro) A man reported a suspicious person around his property.

Georgia Southern University Incidents
    * FRIDAY — Officers issued two warnings and assisted six motorists.
    * SATURDAY — Officers issued two warnings.
    * UNIVERSITY VILLAS — Officers and Statesboro Fire Dept. responded to a report of smoke coming from a pipe.  There was no fire.
    * SUNDAY — Officers issued six warnings and assisted two motorists.
    * SWEETHEART CIRCLE — A student was injured when he stepped into a hole.
    * KENNEDY HALL — Officers responded to a report of smoke.  There was no fire. Also, a resident of Kennedy Hall reported an X-box and 2 games were taken from his room.
    * HANNER FIELDHOUSE — A fire was reported in the laundry area of Hanner Fieldhouse. A dryer caught on fire
    * SOUTHERN PINES —Someone damaged the hallway lights.
