Patrick Eugene Patton, 49, Brina Road – DUI less safe alcohol, open container of alcohol in motor vehicle, failure to obey traffic control device.

Lee Alston Roberts, 18, Len Tenner St. – Three counts use of telecommunications facility in commission of a felony involving controlled substances, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession and use of drug related objects.
