A man and a woman already jailed in connection with the theft of earrings from Kmart now face charges for a similar theft from Walmart that occurred the same day, police said. James Robert Pullam and Jennifer Lynn Pullam, both 26 and of Dyches Road, were charged with felony theft by shoplifting after they turned themselves in July 30. Police said James Pullam took four sets of earrings, valued at a total of $2,600, from the jewelry display case at Kmart on July 25 and ran off after store employees approached.
