Bulloch County sheriff's investigators arrested a fugitive wanted on aggravated child molestation charges Friday after receiving a tip the man was in Statesboro. Robert Anthony Eubanks, 35, wanted by McDuffie County authorities, was arrested at McDonald's on Northside Drive East after sheriff's investigators set up surveillance at several locations where Eubanks was known to frequent, said Bulloch County Sheriff Lynn Anderson. Eubanks, who had fled from McDuffie County to avoid prosecution of the aggravated child molestation charges, was transported to the Bulloch County Jail and later turned over to deputies from McDuffie County, he said.
