Bulloch County Sheriff's deputies arrested a 20-year-old man Thursday they said sent a 12-year-old girl sexually explicit messages. Dylan Charlie Driggers, 20, Country Club Road, is charged with sexual exploitation of children and contributing to the delinquency of a minor, said Bulloch County Sheriff Lynn Anderson. On Oct. 4, the girl's parents filed a report at the sheriff's department after finding "explicit messages they discovered on the juvenile's phone," he said.
