Man charged with sexting juvenile
Dylan Charlie Driggers

Bulloch County Sheriff's deputies arrested a 20-year-old man Thursday they said sent a 12-year-old girl sexually explicit messages.
Dylan Charlie Driggers, 20, Country Club Road, is charged with sexual exploitation of children and contributing to the delinquency of a minor, said Bulloch County Sheriff Lynn Anderson.
On Oct. 4, the girl's parents filed a report at the sheriff's department after finding "explicit messages they discovered on the juvenile's phone," he said. Messages were sent from Driggers to her phone via Facebook Instant Messenger, he said.
"The graphic nature of the texts, along with requests for further pictures of an explicit nature, led to... an investigation by Cpl. Dustin Williams," Anderson said.
The investigation revealed records documenting the messages and "based on the results of the investigation, Driggers was arrested and charged with one count of sexual exploitation of a child and one count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor," Anderson said.
The basis of the sexual exploitation charge is "enticing a minor to engage in sexually explicit conduct for the purpose of producing any visual medium depicting such conduct," he said.
Driggers was taken to the Bulloch County Jail and later posted a $5,000 bond, he said.
Anyone with information on the case is asked to contact Williams at (912) 764-8888.
