A 17-year-old girl was arrested Friday after taking a car on a joyride that had law enforcement officers chasing her through Statesboro. Bulloch County Sheriff’s Deputy Mark Guarino, after hearing a lookout posted for the stolen 1996 Toyota Camry, spotted the car on East Main Street near Northside Drive East Friday afternoon, said Bulloch County Sheriff Lynn Anderson. The driver, later identified as Cynthia Lynn Vincent, 17, Cedarwood Acres Mobile Home Park, Register, refused to pull over and fled from the deputy, he said.
