The Bulloch Council of Garden Clubs is sponsoring the 2015/16 High School Essay Contest (grades 9-12) and the 2015 Youth Poetry Contest (grades 5-9). Winners of each contest will win monetary prizes. Additionally, the High School Essay Contest winner will then compete for larger prizes on the state and national levels.
