A life celebration event is being planned for long-time Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office employee Capt. Bennie Rushing, who has been diagnosed with terminal cancer.
The event will be held at the Kiwanis Fairgrounds, with the date and time as well as additional details, to be announced later.
