A Florida woman was killed Tuesday afternoon in a crash on Interstate 16 near Statesboro.

Natina Diana Wright, 31, of Titusville, was driving a passenger van on westbound I-16 when it left the highway as she turned onto the off-ramp for Exit 127 at 5:25 p.m., according to Georgia State Patrol reports.

Her van struck a culvert, but no additional details were included in preliminary reports. The accident remains under investigation by the GSP Specialized Collision Reconstruction Team.

Two passengers, not identified in reports, were also injured. Wright was pronounced dead at the scene.
