    James Louis Fulton, 46, West Inman Street — theft by shoplifting.

Bulloch Sheriff's Arrests
    Gregory Charles Smith, 29, Steve Bulloch Road, Pembroke — tinted window violation, driving with a suspended license, cocaine possession with intent distribute.
    Robert Joseph Trout,`8, Live Oak Loop, Ellabell — no driver's license, theft by taking motor vehicle.
    Dorothy Regina Badgett, 39, Woodyard Road, Brooklet — criminal trespass, battery.
    Bryan James Colvin, 45, Live Oak Lane, Pembroke — battery, obstructing emergency phone calls, criminal trespass.
    Jason Lee Clifton, 22, Hibiscus Street, Okahumpkia, Fla. — burglary, entering auto, obstruction, possession of tools for commission f a crime, second degree criminal damage to property.

    Troopers issued 20 traffic violation citations Monday.

    Officers issued two traffic citations Monday.
           
Statesboro Police Incidents
    JEWEL DRIVE — A man argued with his girlfriend after she left to go buy cigarettes for another man at the house. The man left, taking a garbage bag with his belongings, which he left at a street corner. He told police several men who had been at the house followed him, took his bag and tried to run over him. He returned to the house, and another man showed him a hand gun and threatened “You don't want to mess with me.”     
    VETERAN'S MEMORIAL PARKWAY/STATESBORO PLACE CIRCLE — Officers responding to a call about drag racing arrested a man for laying drag and DUI.
    GATE/SOUTH MAINSTEET — A man shoplifted a 12—pack of Busch beer, but police caught him and arrested him. The beer was returned.
    LITTLE LOTTS CREEK APARTMENTS — A mother and her son were involved in a dispute.
    SOUTH COLLEGE STREET — A man and woman argued over her involvement with an ex—boyfriend.
    GENTILLY ROAD — A woman said she visited relatives and someone took prescription medicines from her purse.
    TAHITI TRAIL — Two Island Apartments residents told police they heard an explosion around 1:30 P.M. Sunday, and found a plastic bottle and aluminum foil — fashioned into a crude bomb — the next day. Police found a total of four explosive devices, and the case is under investigation.
    THE EXCHAGE APARMENTS — A tenant reported a PlayStation 3 and X—box stolen, and a hole was knocked into a wall.
    WAL—MART — A woman was arrested after being caught shoplifting CDs and DVDs.

    Troopers issued six warnings Monday.
        
Georgia Southern University Incidents
    Officers issued one traffic warning and assisted five motorists Monday.

    Bulloch County EMS — one accident call and 18 medical calls.
    Candler County EMS — four medical calls.
    Evans County EMS — seven medical calls.
