Statesboro Police Arrests          

            Pedro Gonzales, 27, South Zetterower Avenue — sexual battery, criminal trespass.

            Richard Zachary Towns, 22, Whatley Avenue, Savannah — criminal trespass.

            Myron Seth Williams, 33, Anthony Street — driving with a suspended license, defective equipment, obstruction.

            Ira Junior Hendrix, 31, Molokai Lane — wanted person, fourth offense driving with a suspended  or revoked license.

            Gregory Antonio Johnson, 30, Broad  Street — second offense driving with a suspended or revoked license, no proof of insurance.

           

Bulloch Sheriff's Arrests           

            Roman Brandon Lanier, 20, Henry Futch Road — simple assault, criminal trespass, obstruction of an officer, probation violation.

            Jackie Wright Lowe, 65, West Lane Street, Brooklet — simple battery.

            Raven Danielle Scott, 30, Ogeechee Drive West — failure to maintain lane, driving with a suspended license.

            Darvis Antuan Law, 22, Ormond Court, Lithonia — DUI, failure to maintain lane.,

            Jason Dejuan Powell, 26, Pheasant Drive, Vidalia — failure to maintain lane, driving with a suspended license.

            Bernadette Penelope Thomas, 20, Ridgecrest Drive, Augusta — speeding, giving a false identity to law enforcement.

            Allen Metts Whipple Jr., 23, Langston Chapel Road — DUI, failure to maintain lane.

            Jason Daniel Chance, 20, Perkins Green Fork Road, Perkins — underage possession of alcohol.

            Christopher Marcus Proctor, 19, Magnolia Way — underage possession of alcohol.

            Joshua David Usher, 19, Springfield Egypt Road, Springfield — underage possession of alcohol.

            McKenzie Kea, 25, Smart Lane, Sylvania — probation violation.

            Kendall Lauren Keel, 24, Woods Lane, Metter — criminal trespass, cocaine possession, DUI, open container.

           

Georgia State Patrol Arrests

            Troopers issued 33 traffic violation citations Sunday.

            Megan Bishop, 22, address unavailable, Metter — DUI (.089).

                         

Georgia Southern University Arrests

             Officers issued two traffic citations Friday.

             Shefford Killian Kean, 21, Garden District — DUI, failure to maintain lane, and safety restraint violation.

            Spencer Cherry, 18, Kennedy Hall — underage possession/consumption of alcohol and public intoxication.

 

Statesboro Police Incidents      

            HAMPTON INN — A woman saw a man trying to break into a Coca Cola machine. She gave police a description of the man. Police have recently been investigating a string of similar incidents.

            STATESBORO CHURCH OF GOD — Police responding to a suspicious person call spotted a man acting agitated. He ran, but they caught him and determined he was intoxicated and underage. Later, a complainant reported a broken window at the church.

            CAMPUS CLUB APARTMENTS — A woman reported a man knocking on her door and yelling. The man knocked so hard, he damaged the door, and he told police he was just trying to get somebody to answer the door.

            WEST JONES AVENUE — A woman said her husband pushed his way inside her home and struck her in t he face.

            LESTER ROAD CONDOMINIUMS — A  woman said a man fired a hand gun into the air, angry because his girlfriend refused to see him after an argument.

            CONE HOMES — A woman called police because she and her daughter argued over doing dishes.

            GROOVER HOMES — A woman told police a juvenile female cut two patches off her son's hair, leaving two "gaps" that were noticeable. The boy said he never felt the girl snip the locks, but another student told him it happened.

            COLLEGE PARK UNIVERSITY PINES — A woman reported the theft of an Ipod and a pair of Chanel sunglasses.

            PLANTATION VILLAS — A  woman said a man harassed her by leaving notes and cell phone messages.

            CAMBRIDGE AT SOUTHERN — A complainant reported a broken window. In a separate incident, a complainant reported someone broke in and removed several items, including jewelry and a lap top computer, leaving some items on the porch.

            CHURCH STREET — A woman called police because she did not clothing she bought for her child to go to the child's father's house when the child visited him.

           

Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents        

            BARN MOBILE HOME PARK  — (Statesboro) Deputies responded to a domestic dispute.

            CYPRESS LAKE MOBILE HOME PARK — (Statesboro) A woman said a man struck her in the left cheek during a confrontation at the mail boxes. The man said it was the other way around, and since neither had a visible injury, deputies advised both of warrant procedures.

           

Georgia State Patrol Incidents  

            Troopers issued 26 warnings, assisted four motorists and investigated four crashes with two reported injuries Sunday.

                       

Georgia Southern University Incidents

            JOHNSON HALL— Someone reported a fight.

            In a separate incident, someone said the side mirrors were taken from a vehicle in the parking lot.

            RUSSELL UNION — A vehicle was scratched in the parking lot.

            RECREATION ACTIVITY CENTER — Two wallets were taken from the building.

            FRIDAY — Officers issued  five traffic warnings, assisted five motorists and one sick person, and responded to one alarm.

            SATURDAY  —  Officers issued two traffic warnings.

            SUNDAY  —  Officers assisted two motorists.

            SOUTHERN PINES — Someone reported a fight.

            EAGLE VILLAGE — A fight took place, according to reports. Also, in a separate incident, someone said a vehicle was scratched in the Eagle Village parking lot.

            SOUTHERN COURTYARD — A complainant reported a fight.

             

911  Law Enforcement Reports

            Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Sunday:

            Bulloch County Sheriff's Department — 16 calls.

            Statesboro Police Department — 24 calls.

            Georgia State Patrol Post 45 — seven calls.

            Brooklet Police — two calls.

            Candler County Sheriff's Department — six calls.

            Evans County Sheriff's Department — two calls.

            Claxton Police Department —  one call.

           

911 Fire Department Reports

            Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Sunday:

            Statesboro Fire Department — two calls.

            Bulloch County volunteer firefighters — two calls.

                       

911 EMS Reports

            Central 911 operators dispatched the following call Sunday:

            Bulloch County EMS — one accident call and 13 medical calls.  

            Candler County EMS — five medical call. 

            Evans County EMS — two accident calls and two medical calls.   

            Central 911 operators also routed  two calls to Bryan County 911, a call to Emanuel County 911, a call to Toombs County 911 and a call to the Bulloch County Correctional Institute .
