    Andrew Owen Popkin, 20, Ga. 67 — marijuana possession.
    Rigoborto Lopez, 20, Hendrix Street, Millen — driving without a license, passing on the shoulder.
    
Bulloch Sheriff's Arrests   
    Willie James Roberson Jr., 23, U.S. 80, Portal — first degree cruelty to children.
    Christopher Michael Wright, 32, Hightower Road — disorderly conduct, pointing a firearm at another.
    Samuel Singleton Jr., 53, Newton Ag Road, Millen — no proof of insurance, suspended registration.
    Nancy Chance Blanchard, 54, Oak Hollow Drive — financial transaction card fraud, theft by deception, first degree forgery.
    Dexter Lafayette Miller, 19, Ball Park Road, Brooklet — failure to notify DNR about hunting accident, hunting from a motor vehicle, night hunting.
    Christy Lavette Marshall, 30, Gordon Street — driving with a suspended license, improper stopping, DUI.
    David Lamar Sparks, 36, U. S. 301 South — probation violation.
    Paul Anthony Turner, 24, Whistlestop Circle — marijuana possession.
    Jonathan Phelp Rowell, 21, Robin Road, Collins — DUI, speeding.
    Nello Vashon Scott, 27, Northpointe Mobile Home Park — reckless conduct.

    Bryan Thomas Dye, 19, Academy Drive, Louisville — underage possession of alcohol.

Georgia State Patrol Arrests
    Nahum Andade Santiage, 26, U.S. 301 South — DUI (.08).
    Steven J. Peterson, 26, Woodbridge, VA — DUI (.123).
    Troopers issued 20 traffic violation citations Monday.
         
Georgia Southern University Arrests
       David Michael Kaneiwa, 18,  East 57th Street, Savannah — driving with a suspended license and headlight requirements.
    Officers issued four traffic citations Monday.
    
Statesboro Police Incidents   
    SNOOKYS — Someone kicked open a door and took an undisclosed amount of cash from an office.
    COLLEGE WALK APARTMENTS — A mother reported a juvenile missing, but the girl was found at the stadium.
    THOMAS STREET — A woman said a man swung at her with a  rake and threatened to hit her.
    MORRIS STREET — A juvenile suffered visible facial injuries during an altercation with others.
    SEASONS APARTMENTS — A man said someone took a laptop computer from his car that had a shattered window and could not be locked.
    NORTH MAIN STREET — A woman found a black and tan Pomeranian in the street and the dog was taken to the animal shelter.
        
Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents   
    LANGSTON CHAPEL ROAD — (Statesboro) A juvenile was charged with disrupting a public school when deputies responded to a reported bomb threat.
    BEAVER CREEK DRIVE — A woman said her landlord has been harassing her by dropping in unannounced, cutting her satellite wire because it was not installed according to his requirements, and he evicted her.
        
Georgia State Patrol Incidents   
    Troopers issued 26 warnings, assisted four motorists and investigated three crashes resulting in five reported injuries Monday.
        
Georgia Southern University Incidents
    J PARKING LOT — Someone reported a set of golf clubs were taken from as vehicle.
   SOUTHERN PINES — The hood was damaged on a vehicle in the   parking lot.
    Officers issued seven traffic warnings, investigated three traffic accidents and assisted four motorists Monday.

    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Monday:
    Bulloch County Sheriff's Department — 21 calls.
    Statesboro Police Department — 26 calls.
    University Police Department —  one call.
    Georgia State Patrol Post 45 — eight calls.
    Candler County Sheriff's Department — 12 calls.
    Evans County Sheriff's Department — four calls.
    
911 Fire Department Reports
    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Monday:
    Statesboro Fire Department — two calls.
    Bulloch County volunteer firefighters — two calls.
    Metter Fire Department — three calls.
    Claxton Fire Department — one call.
        
911 EMS Reports
    Central 911 operators dispatched the following call Monday:
    Bulloch County EMS — one accident call, a fire call, a rescue call and seven medical calls.   
    Candler County EMS — one accident call and four medical calls.  
    Evans County EMS — one accident call and two medical calls.    
    Central 911 operators also routed  a call to Effingham County 911, a call to Emanuel county 911 and a call to the Statesboro Police.
